Inspired by The Poetics of Space by Gaston Bachelard as well as personal experiences of places, Where the walls are weak is a visual exploration of how we feel places and how they may mute and transform depending on events and where we locate ourselves in life. Work realised during a residency at non-space in Aarhus.

The work jumps between the virtual and physical in a study of the exhibition space. This room becomes the subject of a process ad a research based examination of materials and semantics. Our perseption of reality is a red line through the works that are presented. Segments of the architectural space are extracted into the virtual and brought back as Platonic forms, questionng the objects' relation to reality. These are presented as sculputres.
